Shipping Locations and Processing Times
Our supply chain centers are located in China and various Southeast Asian countries. Most in-stock items are shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. However, certain unexpected factors may extend processing times, and some orders may take up to 15 business days to ship. For customized items, please contact our customer service team to confirm specific shipping times.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update.

Order Modifications or Cancellations
Once your order begins processing, it may no longer be modified or canceled.

Shipping Costs & Additional Fees
